Paco is Partner in the Corporate/M&A practice with 15 years’ experience at Magic Circle firms, including the last 8 years at DLA Piper Spain. He advises on the full range of corporate law matters, specializing in national and cross‑border M&A, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments. His experience includes private share and business acquisitions and disposals, multi‑jurisdictional transactions, corporate venture capital, strategic alliances, and corporate reorganizations across sectors such as technology, consumer goods, life sciences and healthcare, industrials, infrastructure (energy and renewables), media and entertainment.
