Neil Patrick Mulcahy

Neil Mulcahy is a senior attorney in the firm's private equity group where he advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in various transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, add-on acquisitions, equity financings, divestitures, and day-to-day corporate matters. Neil has assisted clients in transactional matters across industries, ranging from healthcare to home services.

Prior to joining DLA Piper, Neil worked as in-house counsel for a Fortune 250 company where he negotiated and drafted commercial contracts.
