Michelle Heravi

Michelle Heravi concentrates her practice on structured finance, with particular experience in the media and entertainment and real estate affordable-housing sectors. She regularly represents financial institutions, borrowers, issuers, asset managers, investors, and commercial banks, as well as media companies, music publishers, and record labels, in a broad range of asset-backed financing transactions. She is also committed to an active pro bono practice, with experience spanning child adoptions, veteran discharge upgrades, and a range of other public service initiatives.
