Jakub Retyk

Jakub Retyk provides comprehensive advice on individual and collective employment law to Polish and international businesses. He has particular experience in regulated sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy and finance (including banking).

He supports clients in drafting and implementing employment-related bylaws (work regulations, remuneration regulations, remote work regulations, etc.) and participates in due diligence reviews concerning employment-law issues.

Jakub also advises clients in conducting investigations into potential breaches of employment law and during inspections conducted by the State Labour Inspectorate.
