Tomasz Rudyk has more than 25 years of experience in advising and representing clients in tax, criminal and criminal-fiscal cases, in addition to almost 10 years of working for public administration authorities.

He has also led many internal company investigations into violations of anti-bribery laws, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act, and relevant Polish laws. His clients include leading companies from the energy, oil and gas, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.

Tomasz has authored numerous articles on criminal-fiscal proceedings and is the co-author of the commentary to the Community Customs Code. He also participated in the creation of the Corporate Criminal Liability Act and has led many training events concerning corporate criminal liability.

  • Advising one of Poland's leading manufacturers of agricultural oils and fats on criminal proceedings regarding the liability of its management board and related claims against the company raised by suppliers, as well as on cooperation with the prosecution agencies aimed at closing the criminal proceedings and avoiding the seizure of the company's assets and raw materials used in its day-to-day business activities.
