About

Tomasz Rudyk has more than 25 years of experience in advising and representing clients in tax, criminal and criminal-fiscal cases, in addition to almost 10 years of working for public administration authorities.

He has also led many internal company investigations into violations of anti-bribery laws, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the UK Bribery Act, and relevant Polish laws. His clients include leading companies from the energy, oil and gas, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.

Tomasz has authored numerous articles on criminal-fiscal proceedings and is the co-author of the commentary to the Community Customs Code. He also participated in the creation of the Corporate Criminal Liability Act and has led many training events concerning corporate criminal liability.
