Charlie Bell represents issuers, underwriters, borrowers, lenders, commercial banks and other financial institutions in a variety of domestic and cross-border finance transactions, including asset-backed securitizations and private placements, warehouse credit facilities and other forms of asset-backed financing, as well as private credit. Charlie has experience with financing transactions involving a wide range of asset classes, including "buy-now-pay-later" and other consumer loans, fintech commercial loans and receivables, art loans, automobile loans and data center leases. He has participated in structuring master trusts and other domestic and offshore special purpose vehicles. Charlie also advises companies on anticorruption, anti-money laundering/anti-terrorist financing and sanctions compliance, including the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), with special focus on the technology and defense sectors.
