Advancing global digital infrastructure
As demand for cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and high performance workloads accelerates, data centers have become mission critical infrastructure – requiring sophisticated solutions to address scale, access to power, and growing regulatory and geopolitical complexity.
Our Data Centers and Digital Infrastructure team helps operators, developers, investors, and hyperscalers navigate these challenges with confidence. We advise across the full lifecycle of global data center platforms, from structuring and development through financing, operation, and monetization. We focus on complex, high value matters at the intersection of real estate, energy, technology, and capital markets – where execution risk is highest.
Advising at critical inflection points
Data center and digital infrastructure decisions increasingly shape our clients’ broader business strategy. Choices around where to build, how to secure power, who controls operations, and how risk is allocated directly impact speed to market, scalability, and long term returns.
We support you at the moments that matter most – when capital is deployed, platforms are scaled, hyperscale tenants are secured, and exit strategies are defined, often simultaneously. Our work spans platform acquisitions and exits, large scale development, structured debt and capital markets transactions, GPU and technology infrastructure arrangements, and the operational frameworks needed to sustain performance at scale.
Integrated execution across the lifecycle
We bring together real estate, corporate, private equity, finance, tax, energy, regulatory, construction, litigation, and technology lawyers to deliver coordinated, execution focused advice. This early alignment helps you turn capital into viable projects – securing sites and entitlements, structuring power and infrastructure solutions, and negotiating the commercial and operational agreements that underpin resilient, financeable platforms.
Our team supports hyperscale, AI driven, colocation, and multi site campuses where power availability, regulatory scrutiny, construction delivery, and uptime requirements define success. Our work spans both transactional and operational needs, from joint ventures and financings to utility and interconnection agreements, EPC and design build contracts, equipment procurement, service level arrangements, and long term leasing.
Through our integrated global platform, we help you navigate jurisdictions and asset classes – whether deploying capital, expanding internationally, partnering with hyperscalers, or preparing assets for financing, recapitalization, or disposition. The result is practical, commercially aligned advice that helps you build, scale, operate, and monetize digital infrastructure strategically.
