Michał Orzechowski LL.M.

Michał Orzechowski has more than 15 years of experience in advising on competition law and public procurement law.

He supports clients on all issues related to anti-competitive agreements (collusion, cartels, vertical agreements and cooperation agreements) and unilateral practices (the abuse of a dominant position), as well as representing them before public authorities and courts. He handles merger control proceedings before both national authorities and the European Commission.

In the area of public procurement law, he advises clients in the course of proceedings for the award of procurement contracts, verifying their compliance with competition law (including analysing consortium agreements and agreements on the provision of resources), and representing them before the National Chamber of Appeals and courts. 

Michał is a member of the Polish Competition Law Association and the Public Procurement Law Association in Poland.
