DLA Piper advises NextHome on its acquisition by eXp World Holdings
DLA Piper advised national real estate franchise NextHome on its acquisition by eXp World Holdings, Inc., creating a multi-model global real estate platform.
The deal combines NextHome’s franchise model with eXp World Holdings’ cloud-based and agent-centric brokerage to support multiple business models for real estate professionals under one global umbrella. NextHome brings a sizable franchise model into the eXp ecosystem with more than 500 franchisees across the US.
