Cristina is a corporate and commercial lawyer, who has achieved outstanding expertise in M&A Insurance.
She assists Italian and international clients in extraordinary transactions and private equity. She has also developed key know-how in matters related to M&A Insurance: in particular Warranty & Indemnity policies, insurance policies to secure indemnification obligations in M&A transactions as well as contingent risk products.
Throughout her career, Cristina has practiced in international law firms of primary standing and developed the M&A Insurance practice of an international law firm.
