Sherazade's relevant experience includes advising:

  • A security agent in connection with a EUR145 million distressed notes issuance financing on an urgent and highly sensitive enforcement process relating to a Luxembourg security package.
  • An alternative financing platform for real estate developers, in connection with a Spanish law governed facilities agreement granted to Markway Inversiones, S.L.U. for the development of a luxury hotel project in Manilva, Spain.
  • A leading international bank, Hong Kong branch, on a sophisticated English law governed EUR100 million subscription line financing granted to two Luxembourg investment funds (an SCSp and an FCP) under a revolving credit facilities agreement.
