  • Advising both Polish and multinational companies, as well as individual clients, on issues related to concluding and terminating employment relationships, including flexible forms of employment.
  • Creating comprehensive employee documentation for clients, including employment contracts, civil law contracts, workplace regulations, remuneration regulations and other by-laws.
  • Representing clients in employment-related court proceedings, including preparing pleadings, conducting settlement negotiations, and attending court hearings.
  • Conducting internal investigations into reported complaints of mobbing and other unacceptable workplace behaviour.
  • Participating in employment-law due diligence projects and preparing post-transaction documentation (management contracts, non-compete agreements, etc.).
  • Preparing and delivering training sessions on employment law for employees and management staff.
