DLA Piper advises Baird Capital on majority investment in autoLOTO

DLA Piper counseled private equity firm Baird Capital (Baird) in its acquisition of autoLOTO, a cloud-based software and services company that helps organizations automate and manage Lock/Tagout safety procedures.

The acquisition of autoLOTO positions Baird to capitalize on global data center construction. It also strengthens autoLOTO’s role as a system of record for safety-critical infrastructure deployment as it expands automated worker safety solutions.
