Please join DLA Piper’s Wilmington- and Philadelphia-based Patent Litigation team for a hybrid CLE event on recent developments affecting patent litigation in the District of Delaware.

The team will discuss:

  • Topics of interest for businesses in Delaware
  • Key Delaware litigation statistics and filing trends
  • Issues affecting patent litigation nationwide
  • Recent Delaware decisions

Following the CLE event, in-person attendees are invited to a client reception. Attendance at the CLE is not required to attend the reception.
