DLA Piper guides Province of Buenos Aires on issuance of public debt securities

DLA Piper advised Argentina’s Province of Buenos Aires on AR$206 billion public debt securities due 2027.

The Province of Buenos Aires will use the net proceeds to finance public investment projects currently underway or expected to be initiated and to repay public debt service. The debt securities, maturing on March 18, 2027, are to be repaid in full at maturity and accrue interest at a rate equal to the TAMAR rate plus a fixed margin of 5.50 percent per annum.

The DLA Piper team representing the Province of Buenos Aires included Partners Justo Segura and Associates Federico Vieyra and Mariana Carbajo (all Buenos Aires).
